Return Request Policy

At Supreme Vape, we value our wholesale partners and want to make sure you’re satisfied with every order. Because we sell regulated and fragile products, most sales are final—but we’re always happy to help if there’s an issue.
When Returns Are Accepted.
We gladly review return or replacement requests if:
- Your order arrives damaged
- An item is defective
- You received the wrong product
We’re unable to accept returns for:
- Overstock or change of mind
- Opened or used products
- Used glass or accessories
- Clearance or final sale items
Return Request Window
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. All other sales are final. All returns must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
If approved, items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- Carefully packed for safe return shipping
- Refunds & Replacements
Once your return is approved and reviewed, we may issue either:
- Replacement
- Store credit
For Refunds:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was our mistake.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end.
Compliance
All customers must follow federal, state, and local laws regarding vape and tobacco products, including age restrictions.
